Simba is an 11-year-old wonder and he is happy, happy, happy while living his best life. He is still a very active boy despite his recent knee surgery. When we first got him, he was very skittish with people but now he is the unofficial greeter at our local park and he particularly likes older people and those with walkers or wheelchairs. Although we are in our early 80’s, Simba gets us out of the house. While he was with GR, Simba was being treated for some issues but those issues were resolved but we would have adopted him no matter what. Simba also adores our neighbours and he sits patiently for them to finish breakfast so they can pet him. We are so lucky to have Simba in our lives and so grateful to GR for all they did to rescue Simba. We are enjoying growing older together.
