For a street dog, Holly is a wonder. She is such a quiet, sweet girl who steals everyone’s heart. Her only tragic flaw is she is a big thief, so food or anything else that looks interesting is not safe if Holly is around. It’s understandable as she had to fend for herself on the streets so she is a bit of an Oliver Twist. She also was initially afraid of the water but now she loves it. She has become a good retriever in the water with her floaty or rope. Of course, she loves her food and scarfs it down in 1.2 seconds flat. She loves all humans and canines and she even loves cats. Holly is a superstar ‘pet therapy’ girl loved by everyone she meets at the hospital. She is an absolute joy who can make you laugh. She can actually give you a high-5 that will melt your heart. We sure won the lottery when we adopted this special girl.
