Hi everybody…my name is Kaju and I’m a 9-month-old male puppy. My lovely foster mom says I’m really smart. I’m learning my commands and doing pretty well. I’m gentle with my treats and you can certainly touch me anywhere. The leash thingy is still very much a work-in-progress and I still do some puppy mouthing but that is getting better all the time. I am house-trained and will let you know if I need to go out. I have lots of energy but I’m supposed to at my age, right? I am timid around other dogs, especially the loud pushy ones so I need to be introduced slowly. I’m good with calm, quiet dogs. For now, GR thinks it would be best if I go to a home with no other dogs. I love people though ~ I think all you guys are great. I am not a big barker but will let you know in other ways if I need something. I can be left alone if you have to go out without me but you would need to dog-proof the home. After all, I’m still a pup and I can get into things because I’m nosy. I enjoy new situations and have been to farmer’s markets, patios, new places as well as the vet’s office and have been very manageable according to my foster mom. Well, that’s my story except to say I am ready to find my forever family. Holy cow…is that ever exciting! Can’t wait to meet you…
