Hi everyone my name is Vinny and I’m a year and a half old…really still a bit of a puppy in some ways. My amazing fosters describe me as “super loving and intelligent”. I do try to please because I absolutely love humans. I’m fine with other dogs as well but I haven’t had a lot of exposure to them. I am also pretty good on the leash unless I see a critter, then all bets are off. But hey, aren’t most dogs like that? I am gentle with my treats and you can touch me anywhere. I’m not a big barker and I’m healthy. I love my walks as I have lots of energy but I also love sleeping or just hanging out. I do have one tragic flaw though and that is that I have a thing called ‘separation anxiety’ and can only be left for very short spurts as I get into lots of trouble at home and I can’t be crated. So, I really need a family who is home most of the time and it’s possible that another canine brother or sister might help with that. Other than that, I’d be a wonderful addition to any family. I am a really good listener and actually love my training exercises because I love getting treats (ha-ha). If you’re home most of the time, we might just be the perfect fit. I have included a picture of me so when we meet, which I hope is soon, you’ll recognize me. Everyone says I’m a cutie-patootie…whatever that means!
