Hi everyone…my name is Chloe and I’m 3 years old. When I entered the GR program, I was in quite a state ~ filthy, smelly, bladder infection, and riddled with worms. My previous owners weren’t very nice to me but I don’t want to talk about that. Suffice to say that GR and my amazing foster family got me healthy and cleaned up. Now, the doc has given me 100% on my test. I had no idea people could be so kind. I get it now. There are good people and bad people and boy, did I hit the ‘good people’ jackpot. Nowadays I’m a very happy, good girl. I am learning all your human ways and starting to get those commands like ‘sit’, ‘come’, and ‘stay’. I absolutely love all humans, children, and other dogs, so my foster mom would like me to go to a family with kids, another playful dog, and a fenced yard so I can run and play to my heart’s delight. My recall is pretty non-existent so that’s why a secure yard is fairly essential. I love my walks but I am also an Olympic cuddler. I am not a big barker. You can leave me alone if you have to go out without me, although I would rather someone was home. I am gentle with my treats and you can certainly touch me anywhere. My fabulous foster mom describes me like this: ”Chloe has a quiet, calm, loving nature. She has the sweetest eyes only to be outdone by her sweet nature. She loves to spoon with humans and her other dog buddies.” Ah shucks…what nice words! Thank you all you good people for showing me there is a lot of kindness in this
world.
