Hi my friends…my name is Hank and I’m two years old. My wonderful foster dad says I’m more like a BIG puppy than a two-year-old. Well, that’s probably true because I am a big boy with tons of energy because I love life so much. However, I can also be a calm, cuddly goofball. When my energy is spent, I easily chill, but having lots of exercise is key. Because of my puppy exuberance, we think it’s best that I go to an active family with a secure backyard with no small children nor cats. I am not a big barker. You can touch me anywhere and loud noises don’t bother me. I have been left alone for a couple of hours with no issues. I am gentle with my treats and the doc says I’m healthy. I love people and other dogs and have been described as a handsome, loving charmer…ah shucks! I originally came from a place called Cairo and this is about to be my first winter in Canada. My foster dad keeps telling me about Canadian winters and he said I’ll do fine with my big snowshoe paws in that white stuff called ‘snow’ that I have never seen yet. He keeps teasing me and saying ”Look Hank, Snow”. I have no idea what that means but he laughs every time he says it. You Canucks are loveable but I must admit you’re a little crazy…in the best way possible.
