Hi everyone…my name is Molly and I’m around 7-8 years old but my foster day say I’m still full of energy and gumption. I am currently living with my amazing foster family and I love them so much. They have been so kind to me just like all the good people at GR. I need work on my back wonky leg (you humans call it cruciate ligament surgery), which the doc is going to do this week. As soon as that has been done and I’ve recovered, I will be ready to find my forever family. Wowzer bowzer! That all sounds a little scary but exciting too. The doc says I’m a healthy girl ~ I just need my leg fixed and then he’ll give me a 100% on my test. I know all your human ways and commands and I’m even really good on the leash. I do love to play and am a wanderer, so a fenced yard would be best for me. I am gentle with my treats. You can touch me anywhere. I don’t like fireworks, but other loud noises don’t bother me. You can leave me alone if you have to go out without me but I’d always prefer if you were around. I love people, children, and other dogs…I’m simply a very sociable girl. I tried to chase a cat once but foster dad said I was easily ‘redirected’ (whatever that means). I love my car rides and my walks. I also love carrying around my stuffies of which I have many. Here’s what my fabulous foster mom says about me: “Molly is a sweet, intelligent girl with lots of love and affection to give”. She is such a kind person! Well, that’s about it for me. I have to go and get ready for my trip to the hospital. I’ve already packed two of my favourite stuffies. Now, I just need to find my toothbrush and pj’s (teehee).
