Hi everyone! My name is Tows and I’m a 6-year-boy. I came from a pretty bad situation; however, the good folks at GR took me in and showered me with love. My wonderful foster mom particularly is showing me how kind and loving humans can be. Until now, I had no idea there was such kindness in the world. Ideally, I would live in a quieter home and even older, respectful kids would be fine. By the way, they call me Tows because I have cute white spots on my toes. I guess whoever named me wasn’t very good at spelling (yuk-yuk). I am learning all your human ways, none of which I knew before. If you are a little patient with me, I am sure I will figure everything out. I really do want to please because I want to get 100% on my GR test. I am getting better every day and even the leash thing is
improving. I recently lost my foster brothers and now I have no other dogs in the house and I feel a little lost without them. So, if you’re interested in me, it would be really helpful (please, please, please) if you were to have another canine brother or sister for me (and the more the merrier as I love all dogs). I am also fine with cats. I had a few health issues but now the doc says I’m doing very well. I am gentle with my treats. You can touch me anywhere. I’m getting used to being alone if you have to go out without me. In fact, my foster mom says, “considering where this poor boy came from, he is improving in leaps and bounds and it’s a joy to see him change right before my eyes”. So, all you Golden lovers out there, if you could just give me a chance, I am sure I can become the best Golden GR has ever rescued.
