  • No children or other animals in the home
  • Some separation anxiety so needs someone home a lot

I’ve changed Little Richards song lyrics to: Good Golly Miss Molly ~ I sure like my ball. It’s my version of the song (teehee) although I don’t really play with toys but maybe I will one day. You’ve probably guessed by now that my name is Molly and I’m mostly Golden (but I do have a little ‘something else’ in me ~ the thinking is that I’m a Goldendoodle Bernese mix). I’m a 2.5-year-old sweet, loving, and gentle girl who needs a loving family to hang out with. In my previous life, I was attacked by two dogs, which has left me timid and nervous particularly on my walks and at night. I’m always looking around for signs of danger and I could try to aggressively go after dogs on a walk. I am getting more confident; however, I have come by my fear honestly. It really helps when I have a strong leader who I feel safe with…so you can’t be a mush-ball like me. I have a little bit of separation anxiety, which is probably from the same unpleasant incident so if there’s someone home more often than not, that would be really good for me. Because of my nervousness and possibility for bolting, it is critical for me to have a secure, fenced yard where I can play in safety. And no children or other pets in the family please as they make nervous. Maybe I’m just greedy and want you all to myself (teehee). I love my walks but I’m not what you call a high-energy girl. I do love the car and once you gain my trust, I love cuddling and being brushed. I’m pretty quiet, although I will bark for a while if left alone ~ it’s just my way of expressing my displeasure at being left. I have a very loving nature so hopefully this will overcome my foibles. So, if you’re a strong leader who can be patient and loving with me, I’m your girl.
