While not technically a Golden, young Suli is capturing hearts just the same. She is energetic, playful, and intelligent and absolutely loves her cuddles and body rubs. She is such a gentle girl. She greets everyone including every dog with a wagging tail on our walks and she loves playing tug and fetch. It’s still early days; however, Suli is settling in well. Those around her are impressed with how quickly she is adapting and how comfortable she seems. With all that she’s been through, it’s a testament to her courage and resilience. Even her first experience with snow didn’t phase her. After losing my Golden Ruby a few months ago to a tough illness, I wasn’t planning on adopting again so soon, but Suli’s picture spoke to me and well, here we are! The timing seems just right as Suli is helping me honour Ruby’s memory and move forward to a beautiful new doggy chapter. Welcome home sweet Suli!
