Hi everybody…my name is Freya and I’m an 9-month-old girl. Yes, I’m a pup full of beans (which I don’t understand because I never eat beans). I have tons of puppy energy because I simply love life. I wake up each morning raring to go. I am learning my commands…for example, I’m getting to know ‘off’ so my counter surfing and jumping up is getting better. The leash thingy is still a bit of a mystery but, worry not, I’ll get there. Of course, I’m a big chewer like most pups, but I’m even getting better at that. Let me see, what else can I tell you about myself? You can touch me anywhere. I am generally gentle with my treats unless I get too excited and might do a puppy grab. You can leave me alone if you have to go out without me, but for now I do go into my crate when I’m left. I love my crate BTW. I am not a big barker and loud noises don’t bother me. The doc says I’m a healthy girl, which I’m really happy about. I am learning all my other commands like ‘stay’, ‘sit’, ‘down’, and ‘leave it’. Boy, there is a lot to learn; however, I’m told I’m smart so with a little patience I’ll get there. I love people and other dogs and I’m curious about cats so it would be safer to keep cats out of the equation. Here’s how my amazing foster mom describes me: ” Freya is a real sweetheart. She loves to play, run, cuddle, and eat. She is great in the car and is curious and easy-going. She even has good recall, which is great for a pup her age. Any family would be over-the-moon to have her”. Ah shucks!
