Hi everyone, Moose here. I am a big boy, about 3 years old. When I first came to GR, I was bit nervous and anxious and still can be in new environments. I walk well with my gentle leader and sure do love my walks and my car rides! I’ve got the hang of the basic commands but would like to expand my education (especially if it means spending more time with you). I enjoy meeting other dogs off leash but still have some work to do while meeting them on leash. I am still somewhat jumpy with sudden loud noises and I don’t really like to be left alone too long and especially not in enclosed spaces. I would love a secured backyard to run and play fetch with you. I hardly ever bark…well, unless there are suspicious people or noises outside, (hey! I can earn my kibble by being an alarm system) but I calm down once I know there is not threat to my family. You can touch me anywhere and I am gentle with my toys and treats. The doc has given me a clean bill of health, isn’t that great!? And I will take all the love and cuddling I can get. Have you got a hug for me?
