Hi everyone…I’m a 6-year-old boy and my name is Snickers. You know…just like the candy bar ~ sweet and nutty. Well, I’m definitely sweet and I am a little nutty! I was found in a shelter and I have to admit that I didn’t like shelter life. I absolutely love all people and dream about being part of a forever family every single day. I am so good around humans but I’m not fond of other dogs or cats, so being the only pet in the family is an absolute must. In fact, I could easily live in your home and the backyard…I really don’t need to go out into the world on walks. I am already getting the hang of all your human ways and I’m pretty good on the leash if you really want to go for walks. At first, I pull as I’m so excited but then I calm down. I am a strong boy so an adult strong enough to handle me is essential IF we go on walks. GR believes that once I get settled into a new life with a loving forever family, I might settle and even be okay with some dogs once I know I’m safe and I belong. I’m fine with other dogs at a distant but close up…not so much. I really hope to meet you soon to show you how good, loving, and grateful I can be.
