Hi everyone…my name is Pollo and I’m a 5-year-old boy. I was pretty stressed when I first entered the GR program and it was even difficult to walk me. I’m a lot better now that I understand how wonderful my amazing foster family is. I do have a lot of energy and I love life but I also know how to chill if you want to share some quiet time with me. I love people; however, I am dominant with other dogs. It was hard initially to get me to walk with other dogs but I can do that now, although the leash is not my best thing. My favourite thing is swimming or anything to do with water. I am an expert at drying myself ~ I roll around squeezing out all the water and then I groom myself until I’m dry. Pretty clever, right? Loud noises don’t bother me and you can touch me anywhere. But most importantly, my foster dad describes me as very sweet ~ nothing is more important that that. I hope to meet you soon. I’ll be the one in the backyard drying myself off.
