Hi everybody, my name is Teddy and I’m a 3 year-old boy. When I first met the good people at GR, I was confused and anxious. I had some bad hot spots; my stomach was a bit tricky and I was panting a lot. It didn’t take me long with the help of my amazing foster family to understand I was safe, and I started to relax. My hot spots got cleared up. I went on a new diet, and my stomach feels great now and all is well with the world. I get along great with my new canine sister, but I don’t warm to new dogs right away, especially if I’m on the leash. My foster mum says I need more supervised socialization. On the other hand, I love all people and I really love kids. They are so much fun. I love playing fetch in the back yard and I love my walkies. I do have a high prey drive so if I see one of those critters I want to chase it. I am gentle with my treats. You can touch me anywhere. Loud noised don’t bother me. You can leave me alone if you have to go out without me and the doc says I’m a healthy boy. Here’s how my foster mum describes me:” Teddy is a gentle giant. He has a nice temperament and has been a joy to have around the house.” It’s been a joy for me too mom.
