Our June webinar features Yoga for Beginners with Yvette Ostoja.
Yvette welcomes all levels with this slow and gentle sequence to help build the foundations of your own practice! The class will help you stretch, strengthen and relax by exploring the mind-body connection.
As a certified yoga teacher, culinary nutrition expert and personal training specialist student, Yvette helps individuals transform into the best versions of themselves. She does this by coaching and empowering her clients by teaching healthy, sustainable habits through her online services and social media platforms.
What you will need:
- A quiet space where you will not be disturbed for 30-40 minutes
- Yoga mat (large towel or blanket is fine if you do not have one)
- Comfortable clothing
- An open mind
