ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES:

Golden Rescue’s 3rd Annual Holiday Online Auction auction will be conducted electronically, with bids being displayed automatically.

Bids will open on Friday, November 25th and close on Sunday, November 27th at 9:00 p.m.

Items will be sold to the highest eligible bidder recorded at the close of bidding. You will be notified on-screen if you are the winner, and may also receive a text message confirmation of this. Delivery will be paid for separately. If the item is left unclaimed for 48 hours it may be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.

Payment for items purchased must be made in full prior to receiving item(s). We accept credit, debit or etransfer (for etransfer, please contact Wanetta directly).

By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. Golden Rescue reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction.

Golden Rescue provides no guarantees or warranties of auction items. No auction item may be redeemed for cash and auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued.

Bids will not be accepted after the close of the auction.

Minimum Bid increments are indicated next to each item.

Golden Rescue’s 3rd Annual Holiday Online Auction shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the auction or auctions items, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you the bidder accept that as a successful winner of an item, you will fully pay for the item (including any surcharge, tax or delivery costs) of all the items you win in a timely manner.
