We drove 4,000 kms to pick Tanyr up from his foster mom and take him to his forever home – it was well worth the trip. He is such a sweet, lovely boy. He is so happy not only to see us each morning, but all day. He welcomes all the neighbours with a “fake” bark. He now has a new sister, Bailey, a new girlfriend TJ and another friend Lucy – all Goldens. We could not have picked or planned a better fit for our home. Tanyr goes to the dog park, which is two blocks from our house, at least twice a day. He doesn’t seem to be into swimming yet so he spends a lot of time greeting everyone and every dog in the park. It seems to us that it was meant to be. He is so great, we loved him instantly. We can’t thank Golden Rescue enough for matching us with Tanyr – it’s like we knew him forever.
