Poor Wendy came into the program fearful, shy, timid, and overweight and she could not manoeuver stairs. Very quickly Wendy learned to trust and started loving affection. Within days, she was climbing stairs and sleeping beside us on the pillow. What a transformation! Through good diet and exercise, she has lost a lot of weight and the vet is delighted with her progress. This initially shy girl has learned to swim and will even get on the paddleboard. Watching Wendy gaining trust and confidence has been so rewarding. She’s a wonderful addition to our family.
