When the Goldens came into the cargo bay at Pearson Airport, we saw that the first crate had an absolutely gorgeous girl peering out. We said, “Look how beautiful she is, wouldn’t it be great if she was ours?” Lo and behold, she was. Ruby is a joy. For us, it was love at first sight and we’re pretty sure the feeling was mutual. Ruby has settled into our home so well and loves looking for rabbits, playing with her frisbee, and wading in the stream at the conservation area. She is calm and affectionate and adjusts to whatever we throw at her. She loves her uncle Niko (a 100-pound German Shepherd) and loves her play time with him. She is smart, affectionate, and willing to learn. We could not be happier with our dear Ruby. Thank you GR for bringing this beautiful girl from Istanbul into our lives.
