Hi everyone…my name is Cooper and I’m a 13-year-old senior statesman. Yes, I have a few miles on me but the good news is there is nothing left to teach me. I know all my commands and exactly how to please you. Like anyone my age, I have had my share of health issues, which GR of course has taken care of. First, I have arthritis so my mobility is a bit difficult but I was also overweight, so I was put on a diet and I’ve shed some pounds, which has helped a lot. I can’t really go upstairs anymore but other than that, I get around fine. I had a lot of bad teeth so off to the dentist I went and got them all out. Wow…did I ever feel better after that. Finally, I had this growth thingy above my eye but the doc took that off as well. So, I’m almost brand-spanking-new and ready to meet my furever family. I love all people and other dogs. I don’t need much exercise ~ a few trots around the block works well for me. I am not a big barker. Loud noises don’t bother me. You can certainly touch me anywhere and leave me alone if you have to go out without me. So, all in all, you could say I’m ‘easy’. Well, that’s my story. Oh, I almost forgot…here’s a picture of me. Not bad for an old boy, right?
