Dasher #2536

Gender: male

Status: Adopted
Dasher celebrated 3 years in Canada on December 14! He has become a confident, happy, healthy boy ~ a far cry from his condition when he first arrived. He was wounded both physically and emotionally and it took patience, love, and good veterinary care for him to become the wonderful boy he is today. In the early stage, this poor boy was too afraid to close his eyes at night so I had to lie on the floor beside him to reassure him he was safe. Who knows what he had to endure on the streets but all that is behind him now. Except for a continued fear of storms and loud noises, Dasher has made himself at home and has adjusted beautifully to his new Canadian way of life. I cannot thank Golden Rescue enough for bringing this Christmas joy into my life.
