Karma was given up twice before she settled in with us ~ her forever family. At six years of age, she was knocked around a lot for one reason or another, which made her cautious and aloof when she first arrived. Over time, she became more and more comfortable and now she shows her bright and shining personality every single day. In fact, she actually smiles at us every time we come home with that beautiful look of gratitude in her eyes. Every morning is a new adventure and she patiently waits at the foot of the bed for signs of movement and once she sees someone is awake, the shower of kisses begin. This transformed girl now loves her walks and her toys, which we suspect is new to her. Welcome home Karma ~ we love you!
