#2937 Emma
Gender: female
We are the classic foster failure. We had the pleasure of fostering this sweet girl from Cairo, who did arrive with some issues. During her seven-month fostering stint, Emma ran away seven times until we installed a six-foot fence. She was never trying to run away from us, she was just after the next adventure. The most challenging episode was her escape to a duck pond. Emma’s high prey drive left her chasing ducks until near exhaustion. Although Emma still poses a few challenges, she is a wonderful companion who walks well on the leash, loves all people and dogs, and has made us very happy.
