Dara #2967

Gender: female

Status: adopted

This Istanbul girl came to Canada after suffering from mange and malnutrition. The Istanbul streets had not been kind to this poor girl. After a trip to the vet and a regimen of good, healthy food, Dara improved dramatically. Her new brother, Griffin, and Dara get along very well together and it’s funny to see a street dog teach Griffin manners, but she has. As for Dara’s new feline brother, Milo ~ there’s no love lost there. Dara is a very sweet, calm, and gentle Golden and she has settled into her new Canadian life beautifully…except she not crazy about snow but hey, she’s not alone, right? Adopting Dara has been such a positive experience for us, so we encourage anyone who is thinking of dog ownership to consider adoption.
