Sirdar took his time to adapt to his new Canadian home. At first, he was reserved ~ wouldn’t make eye contact, raise his head, take treats, and come into the house when called. He was quiet, gentle, and loved his car rides but he just needed time to feel safe and loved in his new strange environment. Then suddenly, after 16 weeks, all that changed. He started making eye contact, lifting his head, wagging his tail, playing, and taking treats from our hands ~ what a superstar! He just needed time was he ever worth the wait.
