Ripley is doing wonderfully. She is perhaps the friendliest, cuddliest Golden we have ever met. She has made friends with almost everyone on the street and greets everyone we come across asking for cuddles. You rarely find her without a toy in her mouth (an adjustment for us, because our last dog wasn’t really into toys) but she is OBSESSED and she has several of them surrounding her while she sleeps. She has put on weight and outgrown her gangly puppy legs. Her coat has also filled in. She looks much more like a Golden now! Our cats still won’t give her the time of day, but she has made friends with our parent’s cat and she loves as many walks a day as she can get ~ especially when they’re in snow!
