Happy April everyone…woohoo, it’s mud season. I know you love that as much as we do!!! My name is Jasper and I’m around a year and a bit old. Before I met the wonderful people at GR, I was what you call ‘abandoned’ and it was pretty sad. It didn’t take me long, however, to understand that the entire GR family, especially my amazing fosters, were rooting for me. How lucky am I? Believe me, I show my gratitude every day and I’m one happy boy. I do still need some work on my commands but I’m generally trained so with a bit of patience, love, and support, I’ll learn the rest pretty quickly. In the meantime, I am a lover of pretty much everything and everyone ~ people, children, other dogs, walkies, car rides, mornings, playing, eating, snuggling, and life in general. The doc says I’m a healthy boy with an enthusiastic outlook on life. Sure, I can be a bit stubborn and I’m not fond of the word ‘no’ but hey…who is? I’ve always thought ‘no’ was simply a request for more information. Now, I am told I am actually ready to find my forever family and I am delirious (big word, eh?) with excitement. If you choose me, I promise you won’t be sorry. I’m a good, grateful, young, happy, goofy, wild, and crazy boy, ready to fit in immediately to your life. If you’re an active family, that would be perfect for me but worry not, I can also hang out and cuddle just as easily. Just call me flexible and for dinner or to play (ha-ha)!
