Hi everybody my name is Reba and I’m around 3 years old. I came from a place you folks call a ‘puppy mill’ so everything was new and scary to me when I first arrived in your world. It didn’t take me long, however, to realize I was in safe, loving arms and I somehow hit the jackpot with my wonderful foster family. Pretty quickly, I’ve managed to forget my previous life and I’ve started my new life, which I’m pretty sure is in heaven. Did you know my house has this great big picture thing that shows all sorts of great stuff? There is this one show called Hudson & Rex with this guy and his dog. I could watch it for hours. There’s something else called ‘baseball’ and I have become a big Blue Jays fan. Now, don’t get me wrong. As much I can hang out happily on the couch watching this stuff, I also love my exercise, my walkies, and my zoomies in the backyard. I do love the great outdoors. I’m not in love with that leash thing but I am starting to get the hang of it. I am also learning your human ways and my commands although all that is a work-in-progress because it’s all totally new to me. I am gentle with my treats. You can touch me anywhere. Loud noises don’t bother me too much. I am not a big barker and you can leave me alone if you have to go out without me. The doc says I’m a lovely, healthy girl and he loves my red coat ~ it reminds him of Reba McIntyre, which is probably who I was named after. I love all people and other dogs. I can sometimes be too enthusiastic in play with dogs but that comes from a place of joy not aggression so worry not ~ I am a lover not a fighter. Well, that’s my short and sweet story. Thank you for bringing me in to your world. I am one lucky and grateful girl.
