Betty & Jeff James
Betty is GR’s talented and creative graphic designer. This amazing volunteer doesn’t ever say ‘no’ when she’s asked to help. She designs our newsletter The Guardian, calendars, eblasts, GR truck skins, appreciation certificates, thank you and sympathy cards, adopter and fosters guides/handbooks, special promo posters, merchandise, and postcards. Betty is currently working on our biggest project yet ~ our 25th anniversary, celebratory coffee-table book.
Betty’s work is not only brilliant but it is extremely important to brand of our organization consistently and she has contributed greatly to GR’s highly professional and fun ‘look’. A Golden lover since she was a child, Betty has had five Goldens including her current love, Shadow #1342. Shadow was Betty’s first rescue Golden and her introduction to the organization. Betty and her husband Jeff have always been willing to help and have manned booths, done home visits, and sold lottery tickets and calendars…always with a smile!
