Brenda Griffiths-Nanacsik
Brenda first encountered GR in 2002 and the following year she adopted Brody #385, a 10-week-old heartbreaker. In an effort to thank GR for finding Brody, Brenda asked how she could help as she was looking for something meaningful to do. She has since become a valued GR volunteer. Brenda started working on the hotline…a task at which she excelled and became the team lead. Brenda loved working the phones and GR loved her talent and commitment to this important task. She has also helped with home visits and has enjoyed seeing the ‘happy ending’ results.
Brenda is a do-whatever-is-needed volunteer and a few years ago she moved to the intake team. Brenda just doesn’t know the word ‘no’ and she’s always ready to roll up her sleeves with a smile and help where needed. Brenda is a champion for Golden Rescue and we are the winners for having her on our team!
Brenda shares he life now with Lily and Stanley #1864 otherwise known as Stan The Man!
