Janice Campbell
Janice has been volunteering with GR for three years. If one talks about ‘wearing many hats’, Janice wears several. An active hotline team member, she loves talking on the phone about Goldens and GR. Her help certainly doesn’t stop there as Janice does home visits, helps organize LCBO Tag Days and Pet Value Days, and works as a Volunteer Coordinator on the Pickering Markets event.
She has also volunteered at the picnic but perhaps her greatest love is working on the transport team, including subbing for our team lead Julie in her absence. Janice says and we quote, “There is nothing like a Golden riding shotgun”. She also says she has made many great friends through Golden Rescue and we are not surprised as Janice’s sunny personality and positive can-do attitude is indeed infectious.
