Sue Montgomery
Sue has been involved with rescue for many years in many different capacities. Buddy is her current Golden, who follows in the footsteps of Bailey and Casey, her first two Goldens who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Buddy shares his life with two siblings ~ a Bichon named Finnegan and Koffee, a Springer Spaniel. Sue is an incredibly dedicated volunteer ~ apart from helping GR, she also works with Just Paws. After doing many transports of ‘Golden’ cargo, she joined our transport team lead as the co-second-in command for setting up the many transport requests to pick up Goldens coming into our program. She can frequently be seen at the airport picking up our precious international cargo. Sue is highly regarded and efficient and no matter how hectic her life is, it never stops her from saying ‘yes’ to us…no matter what we ask. She is a pleasure to work with and we are lucky to have her at our side.
