Paul Rogers
Paul first discovered GR while reading The Guardian in his vet’s waiting room. Since then, he has done a number of things for Golden Rescue including joining the transportation team. His longest journey was from Toronto to Boston to pick up some Golden beauties arriving from Istanbul. Paul describes this trip as follows, “The Goldens were hilarious. They had no interest in sleeping ~ they were too excited. We sure had some laughs and meeting the wonderful forever families was a great experience.” These days, Paul is an integral part of the airport arrival crew. Paul claims that being a part of making second chances happen is good for the soul. What we know is that having Paul on the team is good for Golden Rescue and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
