Sue Valencia
Sue and her family have adopted three Goldens over the years and have given Scout #1575 and Oliver #1576, a bonded pair, and Parker #3826 from Cairo a wonderful loving family. When Sue’s youngest daughter went to university, she had more time to give to Golden Rescue…lucky for us! Sue claims that “volunteering with GR allows me to give back to an organization that has given me and my family so much and it is truly gratifying to know that I am making a difference in the lives of Goldens and the people who adopt them.” Working on the intake team, processing adoption applications, finding foster families, and answering the hundreds of questions from potential adopters all keep Sue very busy. She never complains because she loves it. And of course, we adore Sue. Thank you so much Sue for all you do and for your never-ending enthusiasm.
